Busy Coffee Capsules are compatible with Nespresso Original machines — the ones you already have on the counter. Same speed you are used to. Considerably better coffee than what usually comes out of it.

Most compatible capsules are pressed aluminium or moulded plastic. Ours are made from plant fibre with a paper filter inside. It brews cleaner, it feels different in the hand, and it is one less piece of metal in the bin every morning.

Four capsules, including the one everyone forgets

• Ethiopia Guji — bright and floral, stone fruit, clean citrus finish.
• Brazil — chocolate and hazelnut, low acidity, smooth as an espresso or under milk.
• Costa Rica — sweet and balanced, caramel with a soft apple acidity.
• Decaf — full flavour, no caffeine. For the 4pm cup that should not cost you the night.

Why these and not the supermarket ones

• Single origin, not a blend of whatever was cheap. Each capsule is one origin, named on the box.
• Specialty-grade arabica, roasted for the format rather than roasted dark to hide it.
• Plant fibre body with a paper filter — no aluminium, no plastic pod.

What it costs you

Under four dirhams a cup. The flat white you rush out for between meetings is five times that, and you have to queue for it.

Machine compatibility

Fits Nespresso Original machines — Essenza, Pixie, CitiZ, Inissia, Lattissima and other Original-line models.

Does not fit Nespresso Vertuo machines. Vertuo uses a different, larger capsule with a barcode ring. If your machine reads a barcode on the pod, these are not for it.
