Busy Coffee Trading does not accept returns on items purchased through the Online Store.
However, we do accept returns in cases where you receive an incorrect or defective item. Approved returns for such cases will be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed only through the original mode of payment used during the purchase.
Shipping
All items are carefully inspected and hand-packed before dispatch.
As per standard courier practices, we recommend that you check the contents of your package before signing for delivery.
Busy Coffee Trading cannot be held responsible for any damage or missing items reported after delivery acceptance.
Delivery times are estimates based on information provided by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays or missing shipments caused by the courier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.
Please note:
- Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments
- In such cases, multiple charges or postings may appear on your card statement
International Shipping Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties and taxes.
These charges:
- Are determined by your local customs authority
- Must be paid at the time of delivery
Busy Coffee Trading is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred on international shipments.
